Well-isolated plaques are amplified in appropriate insect cell line. Samples are amplified 2-3 times to obtain a high titer stock. Stock is used for T-25 production in Sf-9 cells for recombinant protein production evaluation. Candidates are screened for recombinant protein [client provides appropriate antibodies (1° and 2°) with positive control. Candidate with the best protein production is used to produce viral stock.
